Henderson, Grealis, & Associates PC, CPA is a group of professional CPAs and enrolled agents well-qualified to handle your situation.

Partner:
James A. Henderson - CPA, Notary Public

Jim attended the University of Notre Dame and graduated with high distinction from Babson College. He also graduated from the prestigious Boston Latin School. In 1983, he founded what eventually became Henderson, Grealis, & Associates.

He presents numerous seminars on tax planning, real estate, home ownership, college planning, and other topics of interest for his clients and associates. 

 

Partner:
Sean P. Grealis - CPA

Sean is a graduate of Westfield State University. After working in the private sector, Sean joined the firm in 1995. His main focus is working with small business clients. He also works with numerous professional athletes around the world.

Principal:
Joanne Halnen - Business Client Manager, Enrolled Agent

Joanne is a Cum Laude graduate of Eastern Nazarene College and is an experienced staff accountant of  over 20 years.  She joined the TaxSense® team in 2001 and manages the corporate tax returns as well as clients bookkeeping and accounting needs.

Principal:
Ellen Fleming, Individual Tax Manager, Enrolled Agent

Ellen graduated Magna Cum Laude from Taylor University with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.  After working in biomedical research and  technical service, she changed careers and joined TaxSense® in 2004.  She is the Individual Tax Manager and focuses on individual, trust, and estate returns.  

Alison Klump, EA

Alison joined the firm in 2021 and became an Enrolled Agent in February 2024.  She is also an IRS Annual Filing Season Program participant.  Alison has extensive experience with rental property both as an owner and manager and also worked as a Real Estate Broker.
